Although the market price of 40Cr steel is slightly higher than that of 45 steel, considering the reliability of equipment and the comprehensive benefits of production, the author selects 40Cr steel as the material for making gears and racks of flying saws.

Improved lubricant selection

The selection principle of lubricant should refer to the performance of lubricating material, load size and load characteristics, moving speed, working temperature, surrounding environment, structural characteristics and lubrication method of friction pair. After the technical improvement, the material of the gear and rack of the flying saw is 40Cr. The lubrication of gears and racks is by spraying lubricating oil.

Based on the above factors, industrial gear oil 220 is selected as the lubricant for the technical improvement of the used round tube forming machines. Industrial gear oil 220 has a kinematic viscosity of 189-242mm2/s (40°C), which not only has good anti-wear, load-resistant performance and suitable viscosity, but also has good thermal oxidation stability, anti-foaming, water separation performance and anti-corrosion properties. Care should be taken during disassembly and inspection of the gear pump to avoid damage to the equipment parts, and each part should be preserved and kept clean; the dismantled parts should be inspected in detail , Do non-destructive testing of the gear, no cracks are allowed, the conicity of the journal is qualified, the surface must not have scratches, and the end cover, bracket, and pump body must not have obvious defects; adjust the end face of the gear and the end cover and bracket during assembly. (adjusted by changing the thickness of the sealing gasket between the end cover, the bracket and the pump body); when tightening the end cover bolts, the applied force is symmetrical and even, and the rotor is moved while tightening. (2) Maintenance of electrical appliances and lines. Always check whether the power cord, internal wiring, plug and switch are in good condition, whether the insulation resistance is normal, whether the brush tail seat is loose, the commutator and the brush are in good contact, whether there is an open circuit in the armature winding and stator winding, bearings and rotating parts. damaged, etc.

(3) Maintenance of the oil filling pipeline. The oil injection pipeline used in this technical improvement is 6mm×0.8mm copper tube. The copper tube is hard in texture, not easy to corrode, and resistant to high temperature and high pressure, and can be used in a variety of environments. In the daily production process, the lubricating device should be checked frequently for running, running, dripping and leaking. Once any bad condition is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time. The oil level of the oil storage box should be checked regularly, and the corresponding grade of lubricating oil should be filled if necessary.
