Therefore, whether the downward pressure given by the two upper rollers to the two sides is symmetrical, whether the center line is consistent with the side rollers, etc., will cause the aforementioned asymmetry in metallography. The pre-bending and forming defects of the part, the amount of pressure is different, which increases the probability of defects after welding. Therefore, the equipment processing accuracy or assembly accuracy of the production line equipment will directly lead to the high or low probability of welding defects.
