8. Product offline organization

Technological Process

The sophisticated production process involves: Raw material (strip steel coil) → uncoiling → cutting and welding → storage → passive leveling → forming and rolling → high-frequency welding → meticulous removal of external burrs → spray cooling → precise sizing and shaping → rough straightening → cutting to length → efficient pipe collection and bundling.
