6. Evenly retract the two cone heads, so that the inner coil of the steel coil is close to the two cone head slopes.

7. After the cone head supports the steel coil, put down the hydraulic device, and at the same time exit the loading trolley, proceed to the lower coil and the material.

8. For the rolling mill without loading trolley, instruct the crane operator to safely put the strip steel into the tightening equipment of the decoiler.
