Causes:

(1) The height of the two welding side rollers is different, which can be corrected by adding or subtracting metal shims at the bottom or side of the horizontal roller frame.

(2) The roll positions of the two squeezing side rolls are asymmetrical along the rolling center of the welded pipe, which causes the two squeezing side rolls to exert unequal forces on the tube blank, which causes the tube blank to twist.

(3) The bearing or guide piece of the finish forming roll is damaged, resulting in the inability to control the torsion of the weld.

(4) The vertical adjustment of the guide roller position is too high, and only part of the guide roller pass is in contact with the billet, resulting in too little force applied to the tube billet, unable to control the torsion of the roller, or damage to the guide roller or bearing.
