The greater the welding power, the stronger the fluidity of the molten metal at the edge of the plate. During the high-frequency welding process, a large amount of extruded molten metal drips onto the cutter bar or protective sleeve, forming large particle buildup, which seriously affects the normal operation of the cutter bar. Internal burr knife build-up: mainly exists in the position of the internal burr knife or the upper idler, which is also caused by excessive welding power. The higher the welding power is, the softer the internal burrs will be. During the scraping process, the internal burrs will continue to adhere to the internal burr knife, and a large number of accumulations will form in the position of the internal burr knife or the upper idler in a short period of time, resulting in internal burr scraping. The quality is seriously degraded.
