For the welding system, the output accuracy of high-frequency power supplies shall be calibrated, aging welding coils and couplers replaced, and load tests implemented to verify welding stability and avoid weld defects.
Quality control must run through the entire process. After transformation, an 8-hour continuous material-carrying trial operation is required to inspect pipe dimensional tolerances, weld strength and equipment operating parameters, with a third-party institution invited to issue inspection reports. Meanwhile, refurbishment files should be established to record the repair and replacement information of each component, providing a basis for subsequent maintenance. Scientific refurbishment and transformation can bring the performance of second-hand equipment close to that of new machines, with costs accounting for only 30% to 40% of new equipment. It stands as an optimal solution for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.
