1. Squeeze roller and guide before coil feeding
The position of the horizontal height of the squeeze roller directly affects the position of the edge of the last steel strip, and the guide position of the squeeze roller directly affects the size of the V angle. These two points can directly affect the welding process parameters.
2. Squeeze the roller after the coil is discharged
The diameter of the squeeze roller is an important parameter affecting product debugging. In principle, the smaller the diameter of the squeeze roller, the greater the range for the adjustment of the welding process. The greater the length of the belt heating area from the extrusion center, the greater the adjustable amount.
The above two points are the parameters that directly affect the adjustable range of the product process when the high frequency welded pipe machine is used to debug the product. This issue is usually considered at the beginning of the project. Note that this article only discusses the factors affecting the adjustment of welding process parameters in welded products, and there are many considerations in the design of actual rolls, which will not be discussed here.
