1. Roll forming technology

Roll forming technology adopts two-roll horizontal frame for rough forming and fine forming, and some vertical roll frames are set between the horizontal frames. For larger welded pipes, in order to improve the quality of deformation and reduce the speed difference, the roller adopts a combined roller. Because high frequency welded pipe equipment has fewer space constraints and greater adaptability, it can produce thin-wall welded pipes and is also suitable for thick-wall welded pipes. This roll forming technology has been used for a long time. However, a set of rolls is required for each size of welded pipe. Therefore, the more types and specifications of welded pipes, the greater the number of rolls and the greater the cost. In the absence of a rapid roll change device, the roll change time is very long, and generally requires 1 to 2 shifts of work time, which reduces the production efficiency and increases the product cost. Therefore, it is not suitable for small batch, multi-variety welded pipe production.
