The lower edge of the extrusion roll pass should be consistent with the height of the rolling line, while the height of the guide roll is determined by the wall thickness of the tube blank. If the height of the guide roller is reduced to a certain limit, the edge fillet of the squeeze roll pass will cause scratches to the bottom of the tube blank, especially after the R fillet of the squeeze roll pass is sharpened, the scratches will more likely to happen.

 

(3) Insufficient squeezing force on the squeezing roller

Especially for the two-roller structure of the extrusion roller device, when the upper extrusion force is insufficient, under the action of the tension of the tube blank, the roller shaft will have an upper elevation angle, so that the rounded corners of the edge R of the hole shape protrude, thereby causing the lower part of the tube blank. scratched. When the rounded corners of the squeeze roll hole type R are sharpened, the occurrence of scratching accidents will be aggravated.
