The working process of the inner burr cutter bar in the used roll forming equipments:

Adjust the relative position of the cutter head and the upper roller, and the relative position between them can determine the amount of internal burrs to be removed. Put the adjusted tool bar into the steel pipe, and the fixing plate at the end of the tool bar is fixed on the adjustment device. The inner burr ring knife is located near the inner and outer burr planer knife. The pressure oil provided by the hydraulic station enters the vertical lifting oil cylinder of the tool holder through the oil pipe, pushes the oil cylinder out, the oil cylinder pushes out the lower roller frame, the tool holder rises, and the inner burr ring cutting edge cuts into the high temperature inner welding rib of the continuously moving steel pipe. Cut off the inner weld bead.

Tool holder fixed adjustment device

The function of this part is to firmly fix the fixing plate at the end of the fixed cutter bar on the frame to prevent the fixing plate from loosening during production. The device includes two parts: rotating and lifting. The rotating part is rotated by the handle, so that the tool bar can be rotated ±15° around the center of the pipe, and the burr can be cut at the welding seam; the lifting part can make the tool bar at a reasonable height, A location suitable for used roll forming equipments to produce steel pipes of various sizes.

Hydraulic station

The function of the hydraulic station is to provide stable and long-lasting working pressure for the toolholder. The working pressure of the cutter bar varies according to the material of the steel pipe produced (see Table 1). The oil pressure adjustment range is 4 to 12.5 MPa. Adjust the oil pressure according to the wall thickness and strength of the steel pipe and the size of the internal burr so that the removed internal weld is within the standard range.

Connection device

The function of this part is to integrate the tool holder with the fixing device. Including resistors, connecting pipes (rods), cooling shunts and eccentric coupling sleeves, etc., also keep the tool holder in the normal working position.

Through the process of fixing the adjusting device of the cutter bar, adjusting the hydraulic station, and adjusting the connecting device, the range of removing the burr in the small-diameter welded pipe is controlled, so that the used roll forming equipments can produce a qualified small-diameter welded pipe.
